Nick Briggs

Nick Briggs, originally from Utica, NY, is a Wake Forest University graduate with a degree in Business and Enterprise Management. A loyal fan to the New England Patriots, even as they rebuild, Nick brings experience in outbound sales and in-house legal work with professional sports organizations. This year, he is serving as a Scarpa Fellow at the Scarpa Center for Law and Entrepreneurship and as Co-External Events Chair for SLS. He is excited to contribute to the Sports Law Blog, and to explore legal issues in both the professional sports world and within the evolving landscape of NIL. Outside of work, Nick enjoys time with family, friends, and his pets.
